By placing an order on stitchpearl.com, you agree to these terms and conditions. Stitch Pearl (Pvt.) Ltd reserves the right to update these terms at any time.

• All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes.
• We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. The price at the time of your order is the price you pay.
• Orders are confirmed once payment is successfully processed.
• Pre-orders for out-of-stock items will be fulfilled once stock is available. You will be notified of the expected timeline.

• Free shipping on all orders within Pakistan.
• Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of confirmation.
• Delivery typically takes 2-5 business days within Pakistan, depending on location.
• International orders are shipped via courier. Shipping charges and delivery times vary by destination and are displayed at checkout.
• Stitch Pearl is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or import duties.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We offer exchanges only. Refunds are not available.

• Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the item, based on the delivery date confirmed by the courier.
• Items must be in original condition: unworn, unwashed, unaltered, with all tags and labels attached.
• Items must be returned in their original packaging, intact and undamaged.
• Items must be free from damage, odours, perfume, stains, or any signs of use.
• Any accompanying accessories (belts, detachable items, etc.) must be returned in full.
• You may exchange for a different size, colour, or style of equal or lesser value.
• Items purchased at full price that are later discounted during a sale will only be eligible for exchange at the current sale price, not the original purchase price.
• Each order is eligible for one exchange only. Please check all items carefully and make any exchange in a single request.
• To request an exchange, contact us via WhatsApp (+92 332 2245596) or email (hello@stitchpearl.com) with your order number, photos of the item, and reason for exchange.

• Unstitched fabric that has been cut or altered.
• Items marked as "Final Sale" at the time of purchase.
• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or are not in original condition.
• Items with missing or tampered tags.

• Return shipping for exchanges is the customer's responsibility.
• If the exchange is due to our error (wrong item or defective product), Stitch Pearl will cover the shipping cost.
• If you have a fit issue, we offer free alteration — just send the garment back to us.

For international customers, we offer refunds only under the following circumstances:

• The product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
• The product does not match the description on our website.
• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the order, with photos and a description of the issue.
• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
• Products that have been used, altered, or are not in original condition are not eligible for refunds.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable except in cases where the error is on our end.

If you disagree with a decision regarding your exchange or refund claim:

• You may provide additional evidence (photographs, correspondence, or other documentation) to support your claim.
• If the issue remains unresolved, you may escalate the matter by emailing hello@stitchpearl.com with your full correspondence and supporting evidence.
• A senior team member will review the case and advise on the outcome within 3 business days.

• We make every effort to display product colours accurately, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings.
• Product measurements are approximate and may vary slightly from piece to piece.
• All product images are of actual Stitch Pearl garments.

All content on stitchpearl.com — including text, images, logos, and designs — is the property of Stitch Pearl (Pvt.) Ltd and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Stitch Pearl (Pvt.) Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Karachi, Sindh.
