From our studio to your door
You order
Place the order on the website, or send it to us on WhatsApp. You get a confirmation with your order number straight away.
We dispatch within 48 hours
In-stock pieces leave our Karachi studio within two days. Pre-orders are stitched first — allow 2-3 weeks, and we confirm the date before you commit.
You get the tracking number
The courier tracking number reaches you on WhatsApp and by email. Track it on the courier’s own site.
You pay at the door
Cash on Delivery inside Pakistan: the item total plus the flat PKR 300, paid in PKR to the courier when your order arrives.
International orders
We ship worldwide by DHL Express. International shipping is not covered by the flat rate and Cash on Delivery is not available outside Pakistan — the charge depends on your country, so we quote it before anything leaves Karachi.
Message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 7746906 with the design, size and your full delivery address. We confirm the DHL charge, you settle it, and we send the tracking number the same way. Duties and taxes charged on arrival in your country are the customer’s responsibility.

Do you ship internationally, and is COD available?
We ship worldwide by DHL Express, but Cash on Delivery is for orders inside Pakistan only. For an international order, message us on WhatsApp at +92 333 7746906 with the design, size and full delivery address — we quote the DHL charge for your country before anything is dispatched.
Can I track my order once it ships?
Yes. You receive an order confirmation with your order number, and once we dispatch we send the courier's tracking number to the phone number and email you gave at checkout. If it has not reached you within 48 hours of confirmation, message us at +92 333 7746906 with your order number.
