Stitch Pearl ships every order from our Karachi studio. Domestic delivery across Pakistan is a flat PKR 300 per order, and we ship internationally via DHL at quoted rates. Because we're D2C (direct to consumer), there's no middleman — your order comes straight from the people who made it.

After-Sale Support

Khaadi offers returns and exchanges through their retail network — their own site carries the current policy.

Stitch Pearl offers a 7-day exchange on unworn, unwashed pieces in their original packaging, arranged over WhatsApp. Refunds are not available, and the return courier charge is on the customer.
