From Fabric to Finished — How We Make Each Suit
A look at how every Stitch Pearl suit is crafted — from hand-picked fabric and design punching to embroidery and final stitching at our Karachi workshop.

Every Stitch Pearl suit starts long before the first stitch is made. It begins with fabric — carefully selected cotton, organza, and chiffon from trusted suppliers across Pakistan.
Step 1: Fabric Selection
We work with suppliers like Saad Fabrics to source quality cotton and premium organza. Each fabric is inspected for weight, texture, and color consistency before we commit to a batch.
Step 2: Design Punching
Our designer Naveed creates the embroidery pattern — known as "punching" in the trade. This digital blueprint guides the embroidery craftsmen on every stitch placement. Each article gets a unique design that takes days to perfect.
Step 3: Hand Embroidery
The punched design goes to our embroidery partners. For our Exhibition Article, master craftsman Qadri and his team hand-embroider each piece — 24 pieces at a time, with meticulous attention to detail. The embroidery alone takes several days per batch.
Step 4: Cutting & Stitching
Once embroidery is complete, the fabric is cut to pattern and stitched in sizes S, M, and L. Each suit is a three-piece set — kameez, shalwar, and dupatta. The dupatta gets its own special treatment with White Chiffon and lace detailing.
Step 5: Quality Check & Finishing
Before any suit leaves our Kharadar workshop, it goes through a final quality check. Seams are inspected, loose threads trimmed, and each piece is pressed and tagged with our signature pearl care tag.
From start to finish, a single batch takes 2-3 weeks. That is the Stitch Pearl standard — no shortcuts, no compromise.
